Tri-Cities Functional Medicine was founded in 2016 with the aim of helping people treat the root causes of their chronic health issues and restore their health. Dr. Joseph Radawi and his team have brought back doctor/patient relationships that are grounded in compassion and personalized care. They specialize in treating complex issues such as autoimmune diseases, chronic pain and inflammation, hormone imbalances, and thyroid and adrenal issues, taking a holistic approach to restoring health.

Their goal is to help as many people as possible enjoy life-long wellness. This means educating prospective clients about natural treatment approaches and helping them understand that they don’t have to live with chronic conditions forever. We came on board to help with a new marketing strategy.

The Marketing Challenge

Tri-Cities helps people with medical issues that aren’t always covered by insurance, such as thyroid and autoimmune diseases. These clients often find it extremely difficult to find answers to their health-related questions. Many go to doctor after doctor, and try medication after medication, only to find that they’ve masked symptoms instead of treating the root cause. Tri-Cities wants clients to understand what functional medicine has to offer while giving them the information they need to make the best decisions for their health.

How We Got Results

First, Beacon Media + Marketing ran a whole SEO assessment as well as a research analysis to ensure we were tracking and ranking organically for high-quality keywords. We wanted to make sure Tri-Cities was getting the brand awareness it deserves so other people would be enticed to check out their website and learn more about the services provided. 

Second, we were able to give Tri-Cities an entirely new website redesign. In delivering this part of the project, we paid close attention to the client’s key messaging. As a result, we were able to make the calls-to-action clearer, which encourages people to be more engaged with the content. We were also able to showcase empowering stories from others clients. This approach allows potential patients to get a feel of what Tri-Cities is all about and the difference its approach can make to their lives.

Third, we were able to produce an ongoing blog strategy to improve SEO efforts and more lead generation. We wanted to ensure Tri-Cities was getting recognized and their practice was going to continue growing.
