OUR RESULTS:
Neeser Construction, Inc., is one of the largest general contractors in the state of Alaska. It has an extensive portfolio of successful projects and has been in business more than 40 years. Neeser works across in the private sector, for all levels of government, and public/private partnerships. Its unique business model allows it to target, acquire, and develop land all at the same location.
Neeser desperately needed a new website. Their old one didn’t reflect their position as a leader within the local construction industry. For one thing, it lacked functionality and didn’t meet modern standards in terms of coding and design, which meant it negatively impacted the user experience right from the start. For another, it didn’t provide an opportunity to showcase the company’s incredible portfolio, which included some very prolific work around Alaska. We set out to create a website that was just as bold as the client, and we’re really proud of the incredible results.
The first thing you see when you open the new website is an auto-rotating carousel of images showcasing some of Neeser’s best-known work. Right from the outset, it sells prospective clients that this company has the skills and the experience necessary not just to get the job done to the highest standard. Each item has bold text explaining what it is, which is both strong and professional, while showcasing the diversity of projects Neeser has completed. It creates a great first impression.
The web copy itself is short and to the point, which makes it very easy to consume. Website visitors are able to find the information they need straight away, which conveys the experience they’ll have when they choose to work with Neeser. The right-hand column has great functionality, including a search bar, an interactive map, and a list of the company’s recent projects, to enhance usability.
As you continue through the site, we have prioritized user experience. The Projects page includes a list of categories to make it easy for prospective customers to view similar types of projects to the one they hope to build, while the extensive list of reviews on the Testimonials page goes a long way to building trust and confidence. Most importantly, we’ve made it super easy to contact Neeser at any points. Its phone number is displayed in the top right-hand corner of every page, which means website visitors never have to scrabble around looking for it when they decide to make an inquiry.
