Meet Our Client

The Center for Grief and Trauma Therapy was founded in 2019 when Dr. Christina Zampitella realized there was a need for specialist therapy services for the bereaved. Its goal is to help people navigate this difficult time in their lives by teaching strategies they can use to manage symptoms and providing the tools to move forward. There’s no right way to grieve, but where there is healing, there is always hope.

The Marketing Challenge

The Center for Grief and Trauma Therapy has been operating for a couple of years, but they hadn’t been quite able to get the brand recognition and awareness they needed to grow. This company provides specialty mental health services that help people process the most difficult events in their lives and move forward to live fully again.  The biggest challenge for us was that not many people knew this company existed, even when they could benefit immensely from its services. We jumped into action with a brand-new website and a strong Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube marketing strategy.

How We Got Results

First, in order to get people buzzing about The Center for Grief and Trauma Therapy, we set up Google, Facebook, and Instagram ads. This was designed to generate more traffic for the website to increase brand awareness and start generating leads. 

Second, we conducted a photo and video shoots. We wanted to make sure people understood the messaging behind The Center for Grief and Trauma Therapy – and there’s no better way to do that than to hear straight from the source. We needed to position our client as someone patients can trust and to provide resources that can help with trauma and loss to help break down barriers that prevent people from seeking help.  

Third, we were able to include a variety of patient testimonials on the website to give potential new patients the opportunity to read and review what other patients have been raving about. This gives the patient a sense of comfort and the confidence to book an appointment with The Center for Grief and Trauma Therapy’s certified therapists. 

We couldn’t be more pleased with the results:

  • 80 new quality leads within the first month of launch. 
  • 20% conversion rate pertaining to new patients .
