Real Property Management Last Frontier is a nationwide leader with local expertise in full-service property management. They specialize in single family and multi-family properties from beginning to end: tenant placement, accounting, maintenance, and evictions.
Real Property Management was on page six of Google, had a minor Facebook presence (70 likes and no engagement). The website was corporate and impersonal, with no Alaska tag words and no blog. There was basically no communication about who Real Property Management is. solutions: BEACON updated RPM’s website, replacing corporate stock photos with Alaskan ones. Website pages were changed to reflect RPM’s knowledge and expertise of the local market, and a blog was added to further personalize the site as well as draw users from Google. BEACON created a Facebook strategy that also displayed the company’s local expertise and engaged with clients and potential clients.
Over five months, Real Property Management moved from page six to the number two listing on page one of Google. In May alone, RPM received 11 Google leads, six of which have resulted in contracts (and represent $2-3000/year each). Facebook likes increased from 70 to 332 (80%), with one direct lead, three phone calls and 25 clicks to the website. Six customers currently engage daily, showing great retention with current clients.
