The Client’s Challenge:
CyberLynx High School Completion Program is a year-round academic program for students who have not been successful in traditional high school to earn credit and complete their diploma. Formerly referred to as Nine Star Education & Employment Services, a long-standing and well-known service in the Anchorage area, Cyberlynx had a brand confusion challenge. They wanted increased enrollments for the 2019-2020 school year but they needed to clear up the brand confusion to get the results they desired.
We ran a dual-branded Facebook and Instagram advertising campaign using the stories of real students who had completed the program, asking them, “How has CyberLynx impacted your life?” We choose Instagram for its popularity with our demographic. Each video testimonial featured the Nine Star logo and called out the fact that CyberLynx was “formerly known as Nine Star.” The testimonials were powerful, sharing the real life situations of the students and how they were able to earn their high school diploma through CyberLynx.
The Amazing Results:
CyberLynx saw an 8% increase in enrollments over years prior! They were very happy with the results. We are continuing to clear up brand confusion through Facebook posts in preparation for the 2020-2021 enrollment season.
