Ashley Bowen joined Beacon Media + Marketing as a Digital Marketing Paid Ads Specialist after spending several years working at the intersection of firearms, mental health, and substance abuse. Seeing how closely those areas impact people’s lives is what first drew her to Beacon’s mission. After time in healthcare, Ashley decided it was time to try something new, challenge herself, and step into the ever-evolving world of digital advertising.
What excites Ashley most about working at Beacon is the close-knit, supportive team culture. She enjoys being in an environment where people genuinely care about one another and push each other to grow. In her role, she’s especially excited to keep learning, from how digital ad strategies come together to how performance data shapes smarter decisions.
Outside of work, Ashley loves to travel and is always planning her next adventure, with Vietnam at the top of her list. She also enjoys trying new sports like volleyball, golf, and jiu-jitsu. Ashley lives by the quote, “You can do it like it’s a great weight on your shoulders, or you can do it like it’s part of the dance,” a mindset that reflects how she approaches both work and life.
