Brainstorming sessions are meetings of two or more Beacon staff members in order to come up with a successful strategy for the marketing projects of each of our clients. Common brainstorming sessions include new website projects, social media content schedules, and blogging content schedules. The Account Manager and Content Creator for a given client must be a part of a brainstorming for that client, but anyone in the company can attend and help out. The Creative Director of Social Media will need to be involved now and then in brainstorming sessions as well.
Account Managers are responsible for scheduling and enacting Brainstorming sessions, but Content Creators are expected to let them know ahead of time when the current strategy is not working, or when they are running out of ideas and need the creative help that a brainstorming session provides.
Content Creators are responsible for writing out each strategy of their clients and providing that strategy to the Account Manager. This includes updates to those strategies from Brainstorming sessions.
